My stay at Nomad By Cervo Mountain Resort was nothing short of magical. The amazing views of the Matterhorn from my room were a highlight, and the luxurious spa experience was the perfect way to unwind. The only downside was the CHF20 surcharge for in-room dining, which felt a bit steep. Otherwise, the warm staff and cozy atmosphere made me feel at home throughout my visit.

My recent stay at Nomad By Cervo Mountain Resort was lovely, mainly due to the amazing views of the Matterhorn and the really good service from the staff. The atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming and cozy, contributing greatly to my overall relaxation. However, while the breakfast was superb, the dinner options didn’t quite match that level, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at Nomad By Cervo Mountain Resort was quite mixed. The stunning views of the Matterhorn from my room were truly amazing, and the spa offered a relaxing atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I did face some issues with noise in my room and had a disappointing dining experience one night. Overall, it has its highlights but also room for improvement.

5.2/10

My stay at Nomad By Cervo Mountain Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The stunning views of the Matterhorn from my room were honestly a highlight, really making the trip nice. However, the experience was marred by some issues like room maintenance, which took away from my overall enjoyment. The dining options left a bit to be desired, especially for kids, which posed a challenge during our meal times.

Rooms

I really loved the spaciousness of my room and the views of the Matterhorn, but encountered maintenance issues that were frustrating. The noise from the plumbing and some weird odors made my stay less comfy than I hoped.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, but I experienced inconsistency in service that was disappointing. Some of my requests were ignored, which hurt the experience.
Location
8.0
The location was pretty sweet, just outside of the city center and a short walk to the ski lift. It had a quieter vibe, which I appreciated, even though the walk back to the hotel in the rain was a bit of a hassle.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was fabulous with a lot of options; however, the dinner experience fell flat, especially for kids, which made it tough for my family. The limited choices for children were a downside.
Facilities

The spa was a highlight with great services that added to the relaxation, but I wish there were better maintenance options and perhaps complimentary transport back to town, especially in bad weather.

My stay at Nomad By Cervo Mountain Resort was truly nice. The amazing views of the Matterhorn from my room were simply stunning, but I did notice a couple of unobstructed buildings nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious spa experience and the high-quality Italian food, though the kids' menu could use some variety. Overall, the combination of attentive service and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere made for an excellent retreat.
